Thought #3
Blockbuster should invest in Drive-thru windows. Think about how many lazy people there are out there, and how much more likely they would be to go rent a movie. Not only would they get more customer's but they would also have a quicker turnover. This Drive-Thru window could include a computer system of some sort. With the computer system they allow people to use a touch screen and see what movies were available, and then they could click on it and slide their credit card or pay cash. Then they could pull up to the next window and someone would give them their movie.

drive through is a great idea... would need to figure out to keep people from browsing for ten minutes while you wait patiently behind them...

Very good point maybe they would have to slide their blockbuster card and they had a time limit. Like maybe 3 - 5 mins. or something.

I hate lines, I would much rather go inside and mill around than have to wait in another line. It can't take all that much energy to get out of a car and walk inside Blockbuster, those people should stay home and order cable movies.
